Your tracking number will be sent to your provided email the moment your order is shipped. Dulce Hair Co. orders within Canada & US are sent through FedEx.

If your order has not yet shipped and you would like to modify your address, please contact us at info@dulcehairco.com.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us info@dulcehairco.com as soon as possible. Cancellations are not guaranteed as we process orders rapidly during the fulfillment stage.

DELIVERY

Please allow 10-15 business days for delivery.

PLEASE NOTE:
All orders are subject to processing time that is independent and set apart from the average delivery time. Depending on various factors, processing time may take up to 5 days.

All shipping fees are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for return fees.

Dulce Hair Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. It is the responsibility of the receiver to file a claim with FedEx. Please notify us via email once you file a claim and include the claim number in the subject line along with the details of your situation. We do not issue refunds/credits for packages that the carrier has confirmed as delivered.
