HAIR EXTENSION ORDERS

Due to the nature of the products, refunds and exchanges are not allowed. We encourage consultations if you have questions before purchasing. Please confirm the correct lengths, textures and extension types before completing your order.

Yes. Our Dulce Dream Hair Collection is a customizable option offered by our licensed colour specialists where we process your extensions for you. We advise to have all colour services to be performed by a licensed professional.

For Tape-In, Microlink and Fusion Extensions it is recommended to colour match to your natural hair only.

Detangle your extensions gently with a wide tooth comb from ends to root. Use an extension loop brush for Microlinks and Fusions.

Shampoo your extensions 1-2 times biweekly using a sulfate free shampoo.

Condition or use a masque after each shampoo or Co-wash between washes

Use a Heat Protectant for all heat styling and a Leave-in conditioner for curly/wavy textures

Avoid fine tooth combing and applying oil at the root.

 

With correct maintenance using exclusively salon grade products, Dulce Hair Co. extensions can last up to 1 year or longer.

Step 1:
1: Please fill out the Dulce Dream Hair Creation Form.

2: You will receive a Consultation email if more information about your design
is required. This email will also include the final quote of your Dulce Dream
Hair creation.

Step 3:
2: A deposit is required to start designing your creation once your
consultation (via email) is complete and by paying this deposit, you agree to
the wig terms outlined in the Dulce Dream Hair Creation Form.

We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of construction, colour placement or tones due to the uniqueness of each custom unit along with digital photography. Our images on Dulce Hair Co. are to be used as a guide and while it is our intention at Dulce Hair Co. to show our products as precisely as possible, they should not be perceived at 100% accurate.

In this case: less is NOT more. You want your order amount to mimic your existing head of hair. It is better to order more hair in the event that you run out vs not having enough and ending up with thin, uneven and easily detectable hair extensions.

SERVICES

Yes. Dulce Hair Co. is a 100% mobile salon in which the stylist travels to the client. All services are offered except washing!

Upon arrival, professional grade shampoo and conditioner is provided. However, all clients must wash their own hair.

There is a $15-$20 fee if you live outside of the following areas:

Vaughan, Mississauga, Richmond Hill and North York.

This 15-minute interval is the time in which you can expect your mobile stylist will arrive to the location of your choice.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 72 hours in advance.

Cancellations made within 72 hours or less of your appointment will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.

No-show appointments are not permitted to book future appointments.

Failure to confirm your appointment within 48-24 hours before the time of your appointment will result in an automatic cancellation.

PLEASE NOTE:
A non-refundable deposit of 50%-100% is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

We accept PayPal and Interac E-Transfers to dulcehairco@gmail.com for your convenience.

The remaining balance will be due at the end of your appointment.

ALL prices listed are basic quotes, exact pricing is determined through
individual consultations.

All prices are subject to tax.

Your appointment will be automatically cancelled if you do not respond to the confirmation text message sent to the number you provide within 48-24 hours before the time of the scheduled appointment.

We appreciate the consideration to call and notify us of delays and we will try our best to honour your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may not get the service/stylist you reserved and the deposit will be forfeited.

Yes. For more information on accurate pricing, feel free to notify us of the products and or service(s) you would like to purchase along with the density and length of hair and we can provide a quote for you to purchase the amount you require. Gift Certificates are non-refundable.

Yes. Clients must be 10 years or older.
